All of our orders are non-refundable, so please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns.  All items are final sale.  If there is an issue with your order in transit or an incorrect order received, we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution by contacting us at tmphotollc2020@gmail.com

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the delivery package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.  If you notice damage upon unpacking your product from TMPHOTO LLC, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork and show us digital images of the damage for reference. If we find that the product was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the product in a timely manner. TMPHOTO LLC is not responsible for any damage that occured to the artwork after the receipt of the goods by the customer.
